Pelican G5 Wallet

By working in direct collaboration with a manufacturer, we were able to support the client in creating technical 3D models as well as marketing renders and presentations to communicate our progress. Initially designing a CNC prototype for testing we then moved to more mass production solutions looking at castings and injection moulded parts. Offering our creative services, we supported Pelican with branding options to create a wallet that gave a premium and quality look and feel. In addition, we helped create the packaging that would accompany the product during its sale.

The project had us working closely with the client regularly having in-person meetings to discuss and test samples and prototypes. Speed was of the essence due to a tight deadline, so we had to effectively and concisely communicate our ideas to help inform the decisions being made. Although mainly tasked with the technical CAD aspects of this project we had influence over the direction and style of the product and were entrusted with the responsibility to ensure a production-worthy product was being produced.
